- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1. Cook the Carrots:
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add carrots and cook 8β10 minutes until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Make the Glaze:
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add honey and brown sugar, stir until smooth and bubbling.
3. Glaze the Carrots:
- Add cooked carrots to the pan.
- Toss to coat evenly in the glaze.
- Season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon (if using).
- Cook for 3β5 minutes until carrots are shiny and caramelized.
