📝 Ingredients

🍏 Apple Filling

  • 2 apples (peeled & diced)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

🧁 Batter

  • 1/2 cup butter (softened) 🧈
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs 🥚
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk 🥛
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

🍪 Streusel Topping

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp cold butter (cubed)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare Apples

  • Mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
  • Set aside.

2. Make Streusel

  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  • Cut in butter until crumbly.
  • Chill in fridge.

3. Make Batter

  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  • Mix in milk.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.

4. Assemble

  • Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Add apple layer.
  • Pour remaining batter on top.
  • Sprinkle streusel generously over the top.

5. Bake

  • Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes.
  • Toothpick should come out clean.

6. Cool & Serve

  • Let cool before slicing.
  • Serve warm for the best flavor 😍
