- 200 g dark chocolate π«
- 100 g butter π§
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs π₯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooey texture)

1. Melt Chocolate & Butter
- In a bowl, melt chocolate and butter together (microwave or double boiler).
- Stir until smooth and glossy.
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisking until thick and shiny.
- Stir in vanilla.
3. Add Dry Ingredients
- Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Fold gently (donβt overmix).
- Add chocolate chips if using.
4. Fill Cupcake Pan
- Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
- Fill each about 3/4 full.
5. Bake
- Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 15β18 minutes.
- Edges should be set, center slightly soft.
6. Cool & Enjoy
- Let cool for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy warm for a gooey center or fully cooled for chewy texture
