
π Ingredients:
- 250β300g pasta (spaghetti or linguine)
- 300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4β5 garlic cloves (minced)
- Β½ tsp chili flakes (optional πΆοΈ)
- Juice of 1 lemon π
- Salt & black pepper
- ΒΌ cup pasta water (important!)
- Fresh parsley (chopped)
- Grated Parmesan (optional)
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
- Cook pasta
Boil in salted water until al dente. Save ΒΌ cup pasta water, then drain. - Cook shrimp
Season shrimp with salt & pepper.
Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter, cook shrimp 1β2 minutes per side (donβt overcook!). Remove. - Make garlic sauce
In the same pan:- Add remaining butter
- Add garlic + chili flakes
- Cook until fragrant (30 sec)
- Combine
- Add pasta + pasta water
- Toss well
- Add shrimp back
- Squeeze lemon juice
- Finish
Add parsley and Parmesan, toss, and serve hot π₯
