Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 200 g sea scallops
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cut the lobster tails down the center and loosen the meat.
  2. Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
  4. Sear scallops for 1–2 minutes per side until golden, then remove.
  5. In the same pan melt butter and add garlic.
  6. Add lobster tails and cook 4–6 minutes, spooning garlic butter over them.
  7. Return scallops to the pan, add lemon juice, and cook 1 more minute.
  8. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
