
Ingredients
- 2 lobster tails
- 200 g sea scallops
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the lobster tails down the center and loosen the meat.
- Pat the scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat.
- Sear scallops for 1–2 minutes per side until golden, then remove.
- In the same pan melt butter and add garlic.
- Add lobster tails and cook 4–6 minutes, spooning garlic butter over them.
- Return scallops to the pan, add lemon juice, and cook 1 more minute.
- Sprinkle parsley on top and serve hot.
