
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into small squares.
- Add a little pizza sauce to each square.
- Top with mozzarella, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Fold or leave open as bites.
- Brush edges with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.
