
Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1½ cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a skillet cook ground beef and onion until browned; drain fat.
- Add marinara sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half the Parmesan in a bowl.
- In a baking dish layer sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until hot and bubbly. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
