- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ยฝ tsp salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add yogurt, olive oil, and green onions; mix to form a soft dough.
- Knead lightly for 2โ3 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls and roll into thin circles.
- Heat a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Cook each flatbread 2โ3 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
- Serve warm with butter, garlic, or your favorite dip.
