- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF / 190ยฐC.
- Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic powder until combined.
- Arrange crescent dough triangles in a ring on a baking sheet with points facing outward.
- Spoon sausage mixture around the center of the dough.
- Fold dough points over the filling and tuck underneath to form a ring.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake 20โ25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
