
Ingredients
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (or pizza dough)
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (or cooked sausage)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni on one half of each circle.
- Fold dough over to form a half-moon and seal edges with a fork.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Poke a few small holes with a fork.
- Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
