- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ยฝ cup melted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- ยฝ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling into the crust and spread evenly.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
- Spread whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for 3โ4 hours before slicing and serving.
