No-Bake Lemon Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ยฝ cup melted butter
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ยฝ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a pie dish to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  3. Pour the lemon filling into the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until fluffy.
  5. Spread whipped cream on top.
  6. Refrigerate for 3โ€“4 hours before slicing and serving.
