
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
Sauce
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Dip chicken pieces in eggs, then coat with cornstarch.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
- In a pan, mix sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder.
- Add bell pepper and pineapple; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Add fried chicken and toss until well coated.
- Cook another 2 minutes and serve hot.
