- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare coating:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. - Prepare egg wash:
In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. - Bread the chicken:
Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. - Fry the chicken:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. - Serve:
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with mashed potatoes, gravy, or a fresh salad.
