Ingredients
- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- Β½ cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats (or oat flour for smoother texture)
- Β½ cup chocolate protein powder
- ΒΌ cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2β3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (optional)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients
In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Add chocolate chips if desired. - Form the balls
Scoop about 1β2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into balls. Repeat with the remaining mixture. - Chill
Place the balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 30β60 minutes until firm. - Serve
Enjoy as a high-protein snack or post-workout treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
