- Preheat oven
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). - Prepare the base
Pour the melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Make the batter
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth. - Assemble the cobbler
- Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter (do not stir).
- Scatter cream cheese cubes over the batter.
- Add strawberries evenly on top.
- Spoon strawberry jam over the fruit.
- Bake
Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly. - Cool slightly and serve
