
📝 Ingredients:
- 4–6 Italian sausages (mild or spicy)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 2–3 bell peppers (any colors, sliced) 🌶️
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 can (400g) crushed tomatoes (optional)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Brown the sausages
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet.
Cook sausages on medium heat until browned on all sides (about 8–10 minutes).
Remove and set aside. - Cook veggies
In the same pan, add remaining oil.
Add onions and peppers. Cook 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized. - Add garlic & seasoning
Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes. Cook 1 minute. - Make it saucy (optional)
Add crushed tomatoes and stir well. - Combine & simmer
Return sausages to the pan.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
