
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- ยฝ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF / 190ยฐC.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms; cook until softened.
- Stir in cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until melted.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream, then pour over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake 20โ25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
