
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon (or canned salmon, drained)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 2–3 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Remove and serve warm.
