- 4–5 medium potatoes (sliced or diced)

👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Potatoes:
- Peel (optional) and slice potatoes thin for faster cooking.
- Rinse and pat dry (helps make them crispy).
2. Cook Potatoes:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add potatoes in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
3. Add Onions:
- Add sliced onions to the pan.
- Cook together for another 5–7 minutes until onions are soft and slightly caramelized.
4. Season:
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Stir well and cook 1–2 more minutes.
