
🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops
- 3–4 potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
👨🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep:
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Cut large pieces of aluminum foil (one per pork chop).
2. Assemble Packets:
- Place sliced potatoes and onions in the center of each foil piece.
- Drizzle with a little oil and season.
- Place a pork chop on top.
- Season the pork chops well.
- Pour a bit of chicken broth into each packet (keeps everything juicy).
3. Seal:
- Fold foil tightly into sealed packets (no leaks).
4. Cook:
- Place packets on a baking tray.
- Bake for 40–50 minutes until pork is tender.
