🍖 Fork-Tender Foil Packet Pork Chops

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3–4 potatoes (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Cut large pieces of aluminum foil (one per pork chop).

2. Assemble Packets:

  • Place sliced potatoes and onions in the center of each foil piece.
  • Drizzle with a little oil and season.
  • Place a pork chop on top.
  • Season the pork chops well.
  • Pour a bit of chicken broth into each packet (keeps everything juicy).

3. Seal:

  • Fold foil tightly into sealed packets (no leaks).

4. Cook:

  • Place packets on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 40–50 minutes until pork is tender.
