
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl whisk eggs, milk, and olive oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in ham, cheese, olives, and parsley.
- Pour batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
