Rustic No Knead Rosemary Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1½ cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary; stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rise at room temperature 12–18 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 450°F / 230°C with a Dutch oven inside.
  5. Shape dough lightly and place on parchment paper.
  6. Transfer to hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes.
  7. Remove lid and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and crusty.
  8. Cool before slicing.
