
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp active dry yeast
- 1½ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl mix flour, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm water, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary; stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature 12–18 hours.
- Preheat oven to 450°F / 230°C with a Dutch oven inside.
- Shape dough lightly and place on parchment paper.
- Transfer to hot Dutch oven, cover, and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake 10–15 minutes until golden and crusty.
- Cool before slicing.
