
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter to form a dough. Press into a baking dish.
- Bake crust 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In a bowl whisk eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir in chopped pecans.
- Pour mixture over the baked crust.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until set.
- Cool completely and cut into squares.
