
Ingredients
- 1 lb sea scallops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Pat scallops dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear scallops 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add butter and garlic to the pan.
- Spoon the garlic butter over the scallops for about 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve immediately.
