
Ingredients
- 250 g halloumi cheese or paneer
- 3 tbsp cornstarch or flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut cheese into thick sticks.
- Pat dry.
- Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Coat cheese sticks in the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
- Fry sticks 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towel.
