Creamy Vanilla Custard Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ยฝ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk (lukewarm)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF / 160ยฐC and grease a round baking pan.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add melted butter and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Add flour and mix until smooth.
  5. Slowly pour in lukewarm milk while mixing to form a thin batter.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake 50โ€“60 minutes until the top is golden.
  8. Cool completely and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
