- ½ lb butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Drop or pipe small cookies onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool and decorate with frosting or sprinkles if desired.
