
Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Place chicken on a baking tray, top with garlic, mozzarella, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake 15–20 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
