  • 200 g dark chocolate 🍫
  • 100 g butter 🧈
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs πŸ₯š
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra gooey texture)

1. Melt Chocolate & Butter

  • In a bowl, melt chocolate and butter together (microwave or double boiler).
  • Stir until smooth and glossy.

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisking until thick and shiny.
  • Stir in vanilla.

3. Add Dry Ingredients

  • Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Fold gently (don’t overmix).
  • Add chocolate chips if using.

4. Fill Cupcake Pan

  • Line a muffin tray with paper liners.
  • Fill each about 3/4 full.

5. Bake

  • Bake at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 15–18 minutes.
  • Edges should be set, center slightly soft.

6. Cool & Enjoy

  • Let cool for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm for a gooey center or fully cooled for chewy texture
