- 2 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 2β3 eggs
- Β½ cup all-purpose flour
- ΒΌ cup grated cheese (optional but tasty π)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Β½ tsp paprika (optional)
- Oil for frying

- Prepare cabbage
Finely shred the cabbage.
π Optional: sprinkle a little salt and squeeze out excess water. - Mix ingredients
In a bowl, combine:- Cabbage
- Eggs
- Flour
- Cheese
- Garlic & herbs
- Spices
- Shape fritters
Form small patties or oval shapes (like in the picture). - Cook
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
- Fry each side for 3β4 minutes until golden brown
- Serve
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil.
