- 12 slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work best)
- 12 slices ham
- 12 slices Swiss cheese (or cheddar)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion (or onion powder)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the Sliders:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Slice the slider rolls in half (keep them connected).
- Place bottom half in a greased baking dish.
- Layer ham evenly, then cheese on top.
- Cover with the top half of the rolls.
2. Make the Glaze:
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, onion, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Assemble:
- Pour the glaze evenly over the sliders.
- Use a brush or spoon to spread it well.
- Cover with foil and let sit for 10 minutes (so flavors soak in).
4. Bake:
- Bake covered for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake another 5–10 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
