- 2 sheets puff pastry (store-bought, thawed)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

1οΈβ£ Make the Filling
- Melt butter in a pan, sautΓ© onion and garlic until soft.
- Add flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth and milk β thick sauce forms.
- Stir in chicken, veggies, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Cook until creamy, then let cool.
2οΈβ£ Assemble
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares or circles.
- Add filling to one side.
- Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
3οΈβ£ Bake
- Brush tops with egg wash β¨
- Bake for 20β25 minutes until golden and flaky.
