π Ingredients:
- 1 Β½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
- 3 Β½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ΒΌ tsp salt
- 1 ΒΌ cups (300ml) milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

- Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. - Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. - Combine
Pour wet into dry and mix gently.
β οΈ Donβt overmix β lumps are OK! - Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Lightly grease with butter. - Pour batter
Use ΒΌ cup per pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top. - Flip
Turn and cook another 1β2 minutes until golden.
β¨ Tips for perfect pancakes:
- Let batter rest 5β10 minutes (makes them fluffier)
- Cook on medium heat (not too hot!)
- Flip only once
- Add chocolate chips or blueberries for extra flavor
