1. Activate the yeast
- In a bowl, mix warm milk + sugar + yeast
- Let sit for 5β10 minutes until foamy
2. Make the dough
- Add egg, butter, and salt
- Gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms
3. Knead
- Knead for 8β10 minutes until smooth and elastic
- (By hand or mixer)
4. First rise
- Place in a greased bowl
- Cover and let rise 1β1.5 hours until doubled
5. Shape rolls
- Divide into 12 equal pieces
- Roll into balls and place in a baking dish
6. Second rise
- Cover and let rise 30β40 minutes
7. Bake
- Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)
- Bake for 15β18 minutes until golden
