
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen)
- 250g minced meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp cumin (optional)
- ½ cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Cook the filling
- Heat oil in a pan
- Sauté onion until soft, then add garlic
- Add minced meat and cook until browned
- Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and cumin
- Cook until dry (no excess liquid)
- Let cool slightly
2. Prepare pastry
- Roll out puff pastry slightly
- Cut into squares or rectangles
3. Fill
- Add a spoon of meat filling
- Top with shredded cheese
- Fold into triangles or rectangles
- Seal edges with a fork
4. Egg wash
- Brush tops with beaten egg for golden color
5. Bake
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F)
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and puffed
