  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cold butter (cubed)

  1. Preheat oven to 220Β°C (425Β°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry & butter
    In a bowl, combine the self-rising flour and cold butter. Use a fork or your fingers to mix until it looks like coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cream
    Pour in the heavy cream and stir until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.
  4. Drop biscuits
    Scoop dough with a spoon and drop onto the baking sheet (no need to shape perfectly).
  5. Bake
    Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
