🍰 Easy Lemon 7UP Cake

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 package lemon pudding mix (instant)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup 7UP (or any lemon-lime soda)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, but amazing!)

🍋 Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1–2 tbsp 7UP

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven
    175°C (350°F). Grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix batter
    In a bowl, combine:
    • Cake mix
    • Lemon pudding mix
    • Eggs
    • Oil
    • 7UP
    • Lemon zest
    Mix until smooth (about 2–3 minutes).
  3. Bake
    Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool
    Let cake cool for 10–15 minutes, then remove from pan.
  5. Make glaze
    Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and 7UP until smooth.
  6. Finish
    Drizzle glaze over warm cake so it soaks in 🍋✨
