🥄 Ingredients (8–10 servings)

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional topping:

  • Powdered sugar, caramel drizzle, or toasted coconut

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8-inch round or square cake pan (or line with parchment).

2. Mix wet ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.

3. Add dry ingredients

  • Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gently fold until fully combined—don’t overmix.

4. Bake

  • Pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

5. Serve

  • Dust with powdered sugar, drizzle caramel, or top with toasted coconut.
  • Slice and enjoy—cake stays moist for several days!
