- 1 cup (200g) sugar
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup (120ml) oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (75g) cocoa powder
- ½ cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended 😍)

- Preheat oven
180°C (350°F). Line or grease a small baking pan (8×8 inch). - Blend wet ingredients
In a blender, add eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Blend until smooth. - Add dry ingredients
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder.
Blend briefly until just combined (don’t overblend). - Add chocolate chips
Stir them in by hand for extra gooey texture. - Bake
Pour into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. - Cool before cutting
