- 200g smoked sausage (sliced)

- 2 tbsp oil
π― Honey Garlic Sauce:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (or vinegar)
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
1. Cook Sausage:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Cook sausage slices until browned.
- Remove and set aside.
2. Cook Shrimp:
- In the same pan, add shrimp.
- Cook 1β2 minutes per side until pink.
- Remove and set aside.
3. Cook Broccoli:
- Add broccoli and a splash of water.
- Cover and steam for 3β4 minutes until tender-crisp.
4. Make Sauce:
- Add garlic to the pan and sautΓ© briefly.
- Pour in honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and lemon juice.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Add cornstarch slurry and stir until thickened.
5. Combine:
- Return shrimp and sausage to the pan.
- Toss everything together until coated in the sauce.
