
📝 Ingredients:
- 500g spaghetti
- 2 cups marinara sauce (or meat sauce)
- 250g ground beef (optional)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Cook the pasta
Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Prepare the sauce
Cook ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Add marinara sauce and let it simmer. - Make the creamy layer
In a bowl, mix:- Ricotta
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Assemble the dish
- Spread butter in a baking dish
- Add half of the spaghetti
- Spread the creamy mixture
- Add the rest of the spaghetti
- Pour meat sauce on top
- Add cheese
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly. - Bake
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
🔥 Tips:
- Add pepperoni or cooked sausage for extra flavor
- Use fresh basil for a nice touch
- Let it rest 10 minutes before serving
