- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Juice of Β½ lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
- Salt (to taste)

- 1β2 ripe avocados (diced or mashed)
- Juice of Β½ lime
- Salt & pepper
π₯ Optional Toppings:
- Cherry tomatoes (chopped)
- Corn
- Red onion
- Fresh cilantro

- Marinate chicken
Mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt & pepper.
Coat chicken and let it sit for 20β30 minutes. - Cook chicken
Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 5β7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Let rest, then slice. - Prepare rice
Mix cooked rice with lime juice, salt, and cilantro. - Prepare avocado
Toss avocado with lime juice, salt, and pepper. - Assemble the stack
Use a bowl or ring mold:- Bottom: rice
- Middle: avocado
- Top: sliced honey lime chicken
- Finish & serve
Add toppings and drizzle extra honey-lime sauce if desired.
