For the crust:
- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
For the burger layer:
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
For the pizza topping:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Β½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
- Β½ cup diced tomatoes
- ΒΌ cup diced onions
- 2β3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp mustard

1. Cook the burger layer
- Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Prepare the crust
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle or circle. Place on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
3. Assemble the stack
- Spread cooked ground beef evenly over the dough.
- Layer mozzarella and cheddar cheeses generously on top.
- Add diced onions, tomatoes, and pickles.
- Drizzle ketchup and mustard over the top (optional).
4. Bake
- Bake for 12β15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool 2β3 minutes before slicing.
