🍰 Cheesecake Layer:
- 450g cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍓 Strawberry Layer:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
🍦 Frosting:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
🍪 Crunch Topping (optional but amazing):
- Crushed vanilla cookies (or Golden Oreos)
- Freeze-dried strawberries (crushed)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Cheesecake Layer:
- Preheat oven to 160°C
- Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Pour into a lined pan
- Bake for 35–40 minutes
- Let cool completely, then chill
2️⃣ Bake the Cake:
- Prepare vanilla cake batter
- Bake in 2 round pans at 180°C for 25–30 minutes
- Let cool completely
3️⃣ Make Strawberry Filling:
- Mix strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice
- Let sit 15–20 minutes until juicy
4️⃣ Make Whipped Frosting:
- Beat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks
5️⃣ Assemble the Cake:
- Layer 1: Vanilla cake
- Layer 2: Cheesecake
- Layer 3: Strawberry mixture
- Layer 4: Second cake layer
6️⃣ Frost & Decorate:
- Frost with whipped cream
- Add strawberry crunch topping
- Garnish with fresh strawberries 🍓
