🍏 Apple Filling
- 2 apples (peeled & diced)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1/2 cup butter (softened) 🧈
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk 🥛
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
🍪 Streusel Topping
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp cold butter (cubed)
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare Apples
- Mix diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
- Set aside.
2. Make Streusel
- In a bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Chill in fridge.
3. Make Batter
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in milk.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
4. Assemble
- Pour half the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Add apple layer.
- Pour remaining batter on top.
- Sprinkle streusel generously over the top.
5. Bake
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 50–60 minutes.
- Toothpick should come out clean.
6. Cool & Serve
- Let cool before slicing.
