
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Batter
- In a bowl, mash bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla → mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until smooth (don’t overmix).
2️⃣ Fill Molds
- Line cupcake molds or grease small cups.
- Pour batter about ¾ full.
3️⃣ Steam
- Bring water to a boil in a steamer.
- Place cupcakes inside (make sure water doesn’t touch them).
- Cover lid with a cloth (prevents water dripping).
- Steam for 15–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness 🍌
- Don’t open the lid too often while steaming
- Add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor 😋
