
π₯ Ingredients:
- 3β4 very ripe bananas (mashed)
- Β½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- ΒΎ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup milk (or yogurt for extra richness)
- 1Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
π Optional add-ins:
- Β½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- Β½ cup chocolate chips π«
π¨βπ³ Instructions:
1. Preheat
- Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F)
- Grease a loaf pan
2. Mix Wet Ingredients
- In a bowl, mash bananas well
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla
- Mix until smooth
3. Add Dry Ingredients
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
- Gently mix until just combined (donβt overmix!)
4. Bake
- Pour batter into the pan
- Bake for 50β60 minutes
- Check with a toothpick (should come out clean)
5. Cool & Serve
- Let cool before slicing
- Enjoy warm or at room temperature π
