  • 3–4 very ripe bananas (mashed)
  • Β½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ΒΎ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ΒΌ cup milk (or yogurt for extra richness)
  • 1Β½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1ΒΎ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Β½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Β½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • Β½ cup chocolate chips 🍫

1. Preheat

  • Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F)
  • Grease a loaf pan

2. Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mash bananas well
  • Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, and vanilla
  • Mix until smooth

3. Add Dry Ingredients

  • Add flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon
  • Gently mix until just combined (don’t overmix!)

4. Bake

  • Pour batter into the pan
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes
  • Check with a toothpick (should come out clean)

5. Cool & Serve

  • Let cool before slicing
  • Enjoy warm or at room temperature 😍
