- 1 cup buttermilk
- Pink food coloring (optional)
π For the Lemonade Glaze:
- 1 Β½ cups powdered sugar
- 2β3 tbsp pink lemonade (or lemon juice + a drop of coloring)

- Lemon slices
- Fresh strawberries
- Powdered sugar dust

- Preheat oven to 160Β°C (325Β°F). Grease a bundt or loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
- Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk.
- Add a few drops of pink coloring for that lemonade look π
- Pour into pan and bake for 70β80 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from pan.
π Glaze
- Mix powdered sugar with pink lemonade until smooth.
- Drizzle over cooled cake for that glossy finish β¨
