- 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 cups baby potatoes (halved)
- 2 ears corn (cut into chunks)
- 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced)
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Juice of Β½ lemon
- Fresh parsley (optional)

1οΈβ£ Prep
- Preheat oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F) or heat grill.
- Boil potatoes for 8β10 minutes (just until slightly tender).
2οΈβ£ Assemble Packs
- Lay out large sheets of foil.
- Divide potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp evenly.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Pour over each pack.
- Seal foil tightly.

- Oven: Bake for 20β25 minutes
- Grill: Cook for 15β20 minutes, turning halfway
